Responsible Marketing Statement

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Version 1.0

1. Our Role

WagerCraft Media is a business-to-business growth and creative partner to licensed iGaming operators. Our clients are companies, not players. Everything we produce, from creative concepts to campaign frameworks, is delivered to professional teams who operate under their own licenses and regulatory obligations. This statement sets out the principles that govern how we work.

2. No Consumer Gambling Marketing

We do not market gambling products or services to consumers. This website does not advertise betting or gaming to the public, does not link players to gambling products, and does not carry sign-up offers, bonuses, or odds. Our communication is addressed to industry professionals evaluating an agency partner.

3. Protection of Minors

Nothing we publish or produce is directed at minors. We design our own communication for a professional adult audience, and in client work we support age-appropriate targeting and creative choices that avoid themes, styles, or channels with particular appeal to people under the legal gambling age in the relevant market.

4. No Win or Earnings Claims

We do not make claims about winnings, guaranteed returns, or gambling as a source of income, and we do not build campaigns around such claims. Gambling is entertainment with inherent risk, and responsible communication never presents it as a way to earn money, solve financial problems, or achieve social success.

5. Compliance-Aware, Market-Appropriate Communication

Advertising rules for gambling differ significantly between markets, and they change. We approach every engagement with that reality in mind: we support communication that respects local advertising standards, mandatory responsible-gambling messaging, and cultural expectations in each market we help our clients address. Compliance review by the client's own legal and regulatory advisers remains an integral part of every campaign process.

6. Client Licensing Expectations

We expect our clients to hold the licenses and authorizations required for the markets in which they operate and advertise. Verifying and maintaining those licenses is the client's responsibility; working with partners who take that responsibility seriously is ours. We reserve the right to decline work that would require promoting gambling where the client is not authorized to offer it.

Some of our services touch on payment topics, such as explaining locally familiar deposit and withdrawal methods in market communication. This work is communication strategy only: we are not a payment institution, we do not process payments, and we do not move, hold, or settle funds for operators or players.
