Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Version 1.0

1. Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits the WagerCraft Media website to be able to read, navigate, and use it comfortably, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as a design requirement of this site, not an afterthought, and it applies to every locale we publish in.

2. The Standard We Work Toward

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. WCAG defines how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive needs. Level AA is the benchmark we design against and test for.

3. Measures on This Website

Concrete measures already built into the site include:

  • semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks, so screen readers can interpret each page correctly;

  • full keyboard navigation: every interactive element can be reached and operated without a mouse;

  • a clearly visible focus indicator that shows where you are on the page at all times;

  • respect for the reduced-motion preference: animations are minimized when your system requests it;

  • color contrast designed to meet AA thresholds for text and interface components;

  • text alternatives for meaningful images and descriptive labels on form fields.

4. Multilingual and Right-to-Left Support

The site is published in six languages, including Arabic. The Arabic version is presented in a genuine right-to-left layout: reading order, navigation, alignment, and interface direction are mirrored rather than merely translated, so the experience remains natural for right-to-left readers and their assistive technologies.

5. Known Limitations and Continuous Improvement

We are honest about the fact that no website is perfectly accessible for everyone at all times. Some third-party content or newly published material may occasionally fall short of the standard we set for ourselves. Accessibility work on this site is continuous: we review new components against WCAG 2.2 AA before release and revisit existing pages as the guidelines and assistive technologies evolve.

6. Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this website, we genuinely want to know about it. Write to hello@wagercraftmedia.com and describe the page and the problem; if you use assistive technology, mentioning which one helps us reproduce the issue. We treat accessibility reports with priority and use them to improve the site for everyone.
